By placing an order with Rhythm & Roe Caviar Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products & Pricing

• All caviar products are premium, sustainably sourced

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Pre-launch wholesale pricing is available exclusively to SupperJam community members

• Product availability may vary

Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed via phone (415) 234-2077 or email (info@supperjam.com)

• Payment is processed through Zelle: info@supperjam.com

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received

• Please include your delivery address in the Zelle payment memo

Delivery

• Next-day delivery available in the Bay Area

• Free shipping on orders $300+

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Caviar is shipped in insulated coolers with ice packs

• Someone must be available to receive perishable deliveries

• We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed receipt of delivery

Product Care

• Refrigerate caviar immediately upon receipt

• Unopened caviar stays fresh 4-6 weeks when refrigerated

• Once opened, consume within 3-4 days

• Product care instructions are included with every order

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges

• Refunds are issued only for defective products or delivery errors

• Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery

• Damaged or defective products may require photographic evidence

Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our caviar. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 24 hours at (415) 234-2077 or info@supperjam.com for resolution.
Limitation of Liability
Rhythm & Roe Caviar Club is not liable for:

• Delays in delivery beyond our control

• Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery

• Allergic reactions or health issues

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Rhythm & Roe Caviar Club.

All content, branding, and materials related to Rhythm & Roe Caviar Club are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Packaging and processes are being refined
